This page describes what data the Ulet service (the Telegram bot and app, and the uletapp.com website) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Telegram data: numeric ID, name, interface language.
• Profile settings: departure cities, language, currency, price thresholds, regions and countries, notification mode.
• Citizenship and visas you hold — if you provided them.
• Traveler’s passport marks: countries and cities you’ve visited, and dates.
• Actions in the service: screens opened, clicks on ticket links, deal ratings, price watches.
• Support messages and attached photos.
• When you sign in on the website: browser data and part of the IP address — to protect sign-in.
• On the uletapp.com website (not in the app) we use Yandex Metrica: anonymised page views and clicks and on-page session recordings (no text you type). Yandex processes this data under its own terms.
• Technical device data and app errors: operating system and version, Telegram version, screen size, language and time zone, app version, load times and the text of technical errors. We use them to run the service and fix bugs. We do not store your IP address or advertising identifiers with this data.

Why we use it

• To pick deals and send notifications.
• To show prices in your currency and respect your settings.
• To improve the service: understand what’s useful and fix errors.
• To protect the service and answer messages.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell personal data. When you follow a link to an airline’s or partner’s website you leave our service, and that site’s rules apply. We may use contractors for hosting and operation; they process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while you use the service. To delete your profile and linked data, message @UletApp in Telegram and we’ll handle it. You can also change or delete traveler’s passport marks and watches in the app at any time. Technical device data is kept while your profile exists and is deleted together with it.

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top.
